Living near the water has always been a way of life for Katie Parker. Growing up just outside of Richmond near the James River, spending weekends at the family cottage on the York River, and now raising her family in the Northern Neck on Dymer Creek, Katie has deeply rooted knowledge of Virginia's river realms and their housing markets. With a background in education and real estate, Katie combines her skills to offer unique insights into the needs of clients during the buying and selling of their homes. Alongside her work in real estate, Katie is also involved with Sandy Point Marine Services, which provides round-the-clock towing, boat brokerage, concierge services, and crew boat transports for on-water construction projects. This venture underscores her commitment to community and the river lifestyle, which she loves to share with others. Katie, her husband, and their two young sons have been proud to call the Northern Neck their home since 2012, fully embracing the joys of river life.
