Richie moved from Maryland to Virginia early in his career as a retail manager, but it didn't take long for him to discover that the Northern Neck was where he truly belonged. Having spent summers growing up on the Great Wicomico River, he developed a deep appreciation and understanding of the area that he and his family now call home. In 2002, he, along with his wife and daughters, moved permanently to the region, attracted by its vibrant community and natural beauty.
With over 22 years of management experience in retail, providing a high level of service, he transitioned into real estate, eager to be more directly involved in property transactions. Today, he is a seasoned agent with extensive experience handling a wide range of deals—from assisting first-time home buyers to managing complex transactions involving luxury estates and commercial properties, including engagements with publicly traded real estate companies.
