Bo Bragg has been immersed in the Northern Neck real estate industry for as long as he can remember. Those early experiences shaped his appreciation for the community, the value of relationships, and the role real estate plays in helping people build their lives here.
After earning his MBA from William & Mary, Bo began his career in real estate capital markets. He returned home in 2005 to carry on the family legacy. Today, as Principal Broker and Owner of Bragg & Company, he works alongside his wife, Camille, to oversee the company’s brokerage, property management, construction, and development divisions. Under their leadership, Bragg & Co. has grown into a full-service real estate company dedicated to serving clients throughout the Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula, and beyond.
Beyond the business, Bo remains deeply invested in the community that helped shape him. He supports numerous local organizations, schools, and industry associations, and takes great pride in helping strengthen the region for future generations. As his son, Boyd, becomes involved in the family business, Bo is honored to continue the legacy established by his parents while helping guide Bragg & Company into its next chapter.
