Camille Bragg has played an integral role in the growth and leadership of Bragg & Company for more than two decades. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Camille studied Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she met her husband, Bo. After beginning her career in consulting and finance, the couple returned to Irvington in 2005 to raise their family and continue building the business founded by Bo’s parents.
In addition to being a licensed real estate agent and Certified Public Accountant, Camille serves as co-owner of Bragg & Company, helping oversee the firm’s operations, strategic planning, and long-term growth. Prior to joining Bragg & Co. full-time, she spent more than a decade as a Human Resources Director, developing expertise in compliance, organizational management, and business operations. Today, she works alongside Bo to support the company’s brokerage, property management, construction, and development divisions while helping shape its future for the next generation.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Camille is passionate about giving back to the communities that have given so much to her family. She plays a leading role in the Bragg & Co. Donor Fund and remains actively involved with numerous local organizations, schools, and community initiatives throughout the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.
