Katie Parker has spent much of her life on Virginia’s waterways. From growing up near the James River in Richmond and spending weekends at her family’s cottage on the York River to raising her own family on Dymer Creek, she has developed a deep appreciation for the waterfront lifestyle and the communities that make the region unique. Katie, her husband, Chris, and their two sons have proudly called the Northern Neck home since 2012.
With a background in both education and real estate, Katie brings patience, detailed communication, and a thoughtful approach to helping buyers and sellers navigate important decisions. Beyond real estate, she works alongside Chris in their family business, Sandy Point Marine Services, giving her firsthand experience of the boating and waterfront industries that are such an important part of life in the Northern Neck.
Whether on the water, at a school sporting event, or supporting local activities, Katie enjoys being actively involved in the community she serves.

She truly knows the area and provided invaluable advice on schools and local resources for our children. Katie was also incredibly patient and understanding when our timeline to purchase a home became more rushed than we were comfortable with due to the limited rental availability in the area.
