Having spent summers growing up on the Great Wicomico River, Richie Burgess developed a deep appreciation and understanding of the area that he and his family now call home. In 2002, Richie, his wife, and their daughters made the move to the region permanently, and it has been home ever since.
Before transitioning into real estate, Richie spent more than 22 years of management experience in the retail industry, where he developed a strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building. Today, he works with a wide range of clients and properties, from first-time homebuyers to luxury estates, commercial properties, and more complex transactions. Drawing on decades of local connections and market knowledge, Richie is dedicated to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
